Other than getting little to no sleep lately... I've been re-reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows while nursing the boy, finished today. I remembered that I seriously LOVE Harry Potter aaaand I might have teared up almost every time I picked up the book (could it be the hormones? I'm not ruling them out ;)
I'm also trying to make myself feel productive since I stay home almost all day now. So yesterday I made raspberry freezer jam (my favorite kind). Oh it's so delicious.
And that's about all I've been up to. If anyone has any tips on how to nap on command, like when your baby naps, please let me know! I'm not a 'napper' so this is quite the adjustment for me. I can fall asleep at night at the drop of the hat but napping is a totally different matter.

I wasn't a napper when Tommy was newborn either. Everyone told me I'd regret it - I don't. I caught up on tv, read a thousand books and magazines and spent my time watching him sleep. My vote? Enjoy whatever you feel like doing when he naps. If it's napping, great. If not, great. :D
He sure is a sweetie...wide open mouth and all.
live it up, kirsten. READ ALL YOU CAN. those days of reading in the daytime will soon be gone :)
I love that picture of his mouth. SO cute. I need to come see him and you again, soon! And yum freezer jam. I love rasberry!
Oh, and I think you should take another picture of your ankles now from that same angle so we can compare. :)
Precious! I need to see him again! And way to be domestic... I love raspberry jam... maybe I'll be stopping by soon? .. ;) And I agree with Amy, Ariel, and Tara. All excellent advice
